Each inquiry is reviewed by the Forum's secretariat in consultation with the advisory network. Discretion is preserved throughout.

Successful applicants receive a formal invitation to engage with the Forum's Annual Meeting, regional summits, and community programmes.

Eligibility & Discretion

Engagement is extended to senior leaders demonstrating sustained contribution to diplomacy, international cooperation, sovereign institutions, or global affairs. All inquiries are treated with discretion.
